We have over 26 years of experience in the production of frames and custom cut mats ranging from the single custom frame to the manufacture of larger numbers.

The Director of Operations, Mr Phil Crawford, grew up in Fallon, NV. Phil's original training was in electronics and logistics. In the 1970's, Dallas Woodcraft and Home Interiors became a major factor in the framing industry. Phil was hired specifically to be instrumental in the set up and operation a 14 acre plant capable of putting out thousands of framed units per day. In 1986 Phil came back to Las Vegas where he has operated for over 20 years with great success even though loosing the business [B&A Productions] to the Pepcon Blast of ‘88 and rebuilding it within a year and a half to surpass it's previous output. Phil has spent many years in research and development of new concepts for cutting mats and framing which has now placed Phrame Works in a very unique position for today's market.

Lee Modrock, the Director of Sales and Marketing brings a long history of success in sales. Originally from Alaska and looking for a warmer climate he moved to Nevada. Lee has been in the printing industry with a great deal of emphasis in art and the framing necessary to make the work complete.

The PWMI Design Group consists of Phil Crawford and Mark Eaton of "CMC" an equipment and software design group in American Fork, Utah. Together they have teamed up and developed designs to mat which include bevel cut and laser cuts totally unique to the industry.

President of the company, Dave Parker, is a long time Las Vegas resident ('54) and graduate of BYU. After the US Army, Dave became a probation officer of the Clark County Juvenile Court 1962-1975, a teacher and coach 1975-81, warehouse management 1981-84 and then 18 years as a management analyst for the City of Las Vegas, where he created the Corporate Challenge program, before retiring in 2002. Quickly bored by retirement, he unretired and in February '07 he was invited to remain unretired and to help re-establish, under a new name, Phrame Works Marketing, Inc.

Scott Bowles is the CEO and Financial Officer. He is from Georgia, a graduate of Valdosta State Univ. with a degree in Business Administration. After finishing college and starting several successful entrepreneurial enterprises Scott came to Nevada where he has continued to succeed. He is a director for a Ducks Unlimited chapter. Scott's knowledge of the framing industry comes as the result of being from a family of well known painters and framers.

The Outdoor and Wildlife Consultant, Paul "Woody" Woodbury is also a resident of Las Vegas who tired of retirement. Born in Park City, Utah He attended the University of Utah and Weber State gaining a degree in Zoology and Wildlife Mgt. He served 22 years with the State of Utah in Wildlife Law Enforcement. He has been a Director of field operations for Ducks Unlimited Inc. "Woody" was an instructor in Environmental Law Enforcement at BYU as well as having been a facilitator for the Franklin Covey Company.

The Facilities Manager, Don Helm, a Las Vegas native, has a degree from UNLV (Nevada Southern) after serving in the U.S. Army Don hired on with the Juvenile Court before becoming an officer with the Clark County Sheriff's Office and the Metropolitan Police Dept. He is now retired and still working. He has had a long standing relationship with the Director of Operations, even before the PEPCON explosion, and as a result understands well the needs of a physical facility for the framing industry. Don has also served as a director of Ducks Unlimited.
